Our Senior Management Team:

Jeffrey L. Bateman, PE, PLS

Mr. Bateman has been responsible for a multi-disciplined staff of engineers, construction managers, environmental specialists, surveyors, and technical support staff. His experience includes the design and calculation of residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects including drainage, utility, and grading; surveying for transportation, communication and construction projects including subsurface utility engineering (SUE) and global positioning systems (GPS).

Education:
The Ohio State University, College of Engineering, Columbus, Ohio
-Bachelor of Science degree in Surveying, 1987
-Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering, 1988

Steven P. Carson, PLS

Mr. Carson has been responsible for a staff of surveyors and field and office technical support staff. His experience includes the preparation of residential, commercial, and industrial land development surveys; surveying for solid waste facilities including new design, construction layout, verification surveys and record drawings, as well as submission of certification documentation to state agencies

Brian Kraynak, PE, LEED AP

Mr. Kraynak has designed and managed a wide range of civil engineering projects from initial feasibility studies, detailed design, permitting, bidding through the construction phase. Past experience includes projects in commercial and residential development, education, healthcare, industrial, and local, state and federal clients. Typical projects include layout, grading, erosion control, stormwater management & treatment, utilities, and roadway improvements.

Melissa R. Banks

Ms. Banks is responsible for general office management duties including, crew scheduling, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, human resources and other administrative duties. Ms. Banks has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from Meredith College in Raleigh, NC, and has previously held several positions with the Wake County Public School System.
